Shows changes to U.S. law made by USA PATRIOT Act of 2001, and proposed changes by Domestic Security Enhancement Act of 2003 ("Patriot II"), as well as selected changes by Public Laws 107-188 and 107-197. Does not include changes made by other legislation between Public Law 107-56 (October 24, 2001) and January of 2003.

Extremely basic html-frameset, viewable by things as ancient as Netscape 4.5 on a Windows 95 machine.  Not bookmarkable, due to the frames.  Stone-knives-and-bearskins "tree menu" actually composed of 23 interlocked menu files.
