I intend that as many people as possible should be able to read this information.  There's a lot of people out there who are watching their pennies and hanging onto their older boxes for a couple of years. So please don't turn it into a Flash-heavy thing with sixteen layers and all the bells and whistles that is only viewable on Internet Explorer 16.0. According to the latest stats, designing for I.E. 5.5 with an 800x600 monitor will cover about 93% of the viewing audience.
• Also, please make sure that your inline comments can be distinguished from the official text of the laws, such as with a different font face.
• If you make changes or add stuff, please add yourself to the bottom of the Credits (Acknowledgements.htm). Unless you want to stay anonymous.
• If you make changes or add stuff, also please add a note to the Revision Notes (Revision.htm) that shows what you did.

Finally, be sure to Zip up a copy of your edited version of the site and make it available for others to download!  Share the joy!
